Return & Shipping Policies

 

 PERSONALIZATION/CUSTOMIZATION
-  Do you prefer a different color, font, saying, quote, etc.?

Majority of our items have the ability to be  customized. 

Send us a message and we’ll be happy to work with you to see if we can accommodate your request.
 

We know sometimes you change your mind.  

You may cancel personalized items within 12 hours of order confirmation to receive a full refund.

 Due to personalization NO refund or return will be accepted AFTER the 12-hour mark & the item will be charged and shipped, unless there is a quality issue with the product(s) that was used in making your item(s). If there is a quality issue, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with a PHOTO and ORDER NUMBER.

Unfortunately, after the 7 days we will not be able to refund your order. 

If refund request is accepted a return shipping label will be emailed. Once the damaged item has been received your refund will be issued. Refunds may take 5-7 days to post.

For missing return label please check spam folder. 

**NOTE**

Any product purposely harmed, neglected, dropped from a high area or misspelled due to failure of proofreading on the customers part does not qualify for a return, exchange or any free products.

If one of these issues above happen, we will be more than happy to duplicate the item once a new order has been received. 

**For all products , please read tag and any instructions given for cleaning process and longevity.

Shipping:

MOST ITEMS ARE HANDMADE! 

Custom orders could take up to 3-4 WEEKS to ship depending on the order.

**Holidays NOT included**

  • Your address will be used as the shipping address so please be sure it is correct!!

 

  • Addresses must contain a full first and last name. Orders from users with nicknames will not be shipped until a full name is provided.

 

  • When the order is marked as shipped, the package is no longer the responsibility of Raining Elephants. If theft of your package is a concern please contact your local post office and arrange for pick up of your package.
